Another fun weekend in Texas!

Our Southern weekends are winding down, but we're making the most of all of them. This weekend, Mikayla decided to go cowgirl. Trying on her little boots and Mommy's hat, she was ready to go.

After conquering the house, Mikayla headed out to the yard where she learned how to open and close the gate.

Then swam with the bubbles in the bathtub on her way to bed.

Mikaylay's first steps!!!

There's nothing like a weekend away to provide a little inspiration!

Mikayla walked so much - even after she could barely pick up her feet - that she passed right out!

A Flash of Summer

From Del Rio to Chicago, Austin to Coeur d'Alene and Spokane to Portland, summertime finished off with a bang. Here are a few pictures from the festivities.

Our Saturdays were spent fending off the heat at the lake.
